# Targeting Intrinsically Disordered Regions

> Stub: BAGEL IDR-targeting workflows mapped to source scripts

## Objective

Stub page for BAGEL workflows that design binders against intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs). Content is intentionally limited to source mapping for now.

## Source scripts

* `bagel/scripts/technical-report/disordered/asyn.py`
* `bagel/scripts/technical-report/disordered/cd28.py`
* `bagel/scripts/technical-report/disordered/p53.py`
* `bagel/scripts/technical-report/disordered/sumo1.py`

## Current status

* Status: `Stub`
* Expansion state: planned

## Known dependencies

* BAGEL (`biobagel`) installation
* Oracle backend: Modal or local GPU
* Structure-based terms (for target + binder states)
* Multi-state optimization setup for selectivity workflows

## Expansion checklist

* [ ] Add one canonical IDR binder script walkthrough
* [ ] Add multi-state setup example (target/off-target)
* [ ] Add output interpretation for confidence and interface terms
* [ ] Add reproducibility notes (stochastic optimization)
